CFAA Opportunities

Student Benefits

  • All programs at the academy provide students with a high school diploma
  • Students have the opportunity to earn general and elective college credits toward an A.A. or A.S. degree from Polk State College at no charge
  • Students are given the knowledge base to pass the FAA Private Pilot written exam which is one part of earning a FAA Private Pilot license
  • Volunteer hours toward Bright Futures scholarships through the Sun ‘n Fun Fly-In
  • Involvement in other high school clubs and athletics

Air Force JROTC

Participating Students Will Receive:
  • Instruction in citizenship
  • Introduction into civilian, industrial, and military aspects of aerospace
  • Leadership skills to meet the greater responsibilities and challenges of those areas
  • Advanced pay grades in the armed forces Credit toward a senior AFROTC program
